Billie Jean Ferguson has been working in the Real Estate field since 2001. In 2003 she joined Downing-Frye and worked as a licensed assistant for many years learning from one of Downing-Frye’s top agents who has finished in the company’s top ten in sales six years in a row. Prior to her Real Estate career, her business experience includes ownership of Scissortales(TM), a top hair salon in Nashville, Tennessee. Her clientele included high profile celebrities in the music business. Relocating to Minneapolis, she worked in retail sales in the exclusive Saks Fifth Avenue Club doing what she loves, working and helping with people’s needs. While in Minnesota, she was a member of ALARC running club and ran several marathons.
Here in Naples, she has been involved in the Gulf Coast Runners. Billie Jean has resided in Naples since 1996 and is very familiar with the area, market values and trends affecting the current Real Estate Market. She is an active participant in The Naples Winter Wine Festival since its inception. Helping raise money for the children of Collier County is one of her passions.
